Denny Hamlin captured his third-straight NASCAR Cup Series® victory with a dramatic performance down the stretch at Pocono Raceway. Hamlin and the crew of the No. 11 King’s Hawaiian Shake ‘Em Bites Toyota Camry XSE conserved fuel enough to take the lead with five laps remaining. The Joe Gibbs Racing driver cruised beneath the checkered flag at Pocono for a record eighth time. The triumph also marked Hamlin’s 64th career NASCAR Cup Series® victory, which moved him into ninth on the all-time wins list.
